Working with Jodi Bernard throughout the buying process of our home earlier this year was so easy and smooth. She answered my million questions and managed my stubbornness wonderfully!

Now……. fast forward to working with Jodi throughout the selling of my home I can honestly say she’s GOT THE PATIENCE OF SAINT!

From the time I listed our house I accepted 5 offers. FIVE! We ran into potential buyers having financing issues, buyers afraid of home inspection issues in a 50+ year old home and a very challenging realtor/purchaser situation that we decided wasn’t meant to be…and proved even more what a great realtor should be and how they should treat people! Jodi handled all of these with grace and kept me assured that what was meant to be will be and to stay positive. She was right, she was always right! Her gut feeling about a few of the challenges was always on point.

I am so glad I held out for the perfect buyers come along. A family that can continue to grow in the home that was home to us since 2005 and appreciate it like we did. I am so glad that everything worked out as it did.

Jodi, I never doubted for a second who’d I’d want to be by my side for these huge life changes and I’m so incredibly thankful for all of your help; you are incredible at what you do! When I kept saying I don’t know how you do it, I SERIOUSLY don’t know how you do it, you have to juggle a lot of big feelings and manage a lot of emotions…all things people may not thing of when thinking of a realtor. I appreciate you more than I can say-thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I worked with Jodi this summer while buying my first home and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was so personable, friendly and professional. As this was my first home purchase, to say I needed my hand held would be an understatement. She was reassuring, quick to respond and overall just really caring and wonderful.
